Several years ago a cement dust manufacturer contacted us to see if we could problem solve hot spots in their cement processing plant. A tunnel would normally last several years which cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars to replace.

We built a rotating adjustable twin cooling fan which they allocate under the tunnel to push ambient air at high velocity keeping the skin temperature at the desired level.

We still supply the fans to the manufacturer as they are replacing sections at a time and prove successful.
