We use a Profile Plasma Machine to acurately cut all our consumable parts for our products. This machine is also used for outsourced work, including farmers wool bail stencils, plates for airseeders and another example is decorative metal artwork.

Our Plasma can cut thicknesses from .4mm to 15mm with acuracy of .5mm.

The machine is driven by Autocad software which is used in conjunction with our Rainer Turret Punch. The Rainer can punch almost any profile from Sheetmetal with precision accuracy. It has a no flame cut edge, no cleaning is required after cutting and it is ideal for repeated processing.
